Qualifications:
- Valid OT license and ESA certificate through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction) required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Ability to manage a districtwide caseload and develop individualized plans
- Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a variety of students districtwide
- Assess, plan, and deliver interventions to address fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-help skills, and access to the school curriculum
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with families and team members
- Adapt resources and recommend accommodations to promote student independence
