Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid OT or COTA licensure in California
- Successful background working with K–8th grade students
- Prior school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards
Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions to students according to IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Document services, progress notes, and recommendations clearly and promptly
- Adapt therapeutic activities to fit students’ diverse needs and abilities
- Support and empower students to build functional academic and self-care skills
