Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-8 students as part of their educational teams
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address motor, sensory, and functional challenges
- Assess students' progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster students’ success in the classroom
- Provide strategies and resources to help students achieve independence and maximize participation in school activities
- Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate a variety of strengths and areas for growth
