School Occupational Therapist | Tenino, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington OT license required
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple OT settings, including home health, teletherapy, and general healthcare
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for providing support and advocacy to students with varied needs
- Comfort working independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to students, adapting interventions to diverse educational settings
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated student support strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insight and recommendations
- Consult with school personnel to adapt classroom environments and instructional materials
