By supporting Early Intervention caseloads for children birth to 3 years old, you’ll significantly shape young lives and expand your expertise across different sites. What you bring:
- Washington OT licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Recent pediatric or early intervention therapy experience preferred
- Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites daily
- Teletherapy skills are appreciated
- Open to COTA applicants with strong school-based experience
- Comfort working full-time (8 hours/day, M-F), or possibility to split hours with another part-time OT
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver assessments, treatment, and consultations for early intervention (birth-3) caseloads
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in school settings
- Travel between sites to provide services where they’re needed most
- Communicate progress and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in meetings and coordinate care both in-person and via teletherapy
