Qualifications:
- Active Washington Occupational Therapy license required
- Previous experience in school, home health, teletherapy, and/or healthcare OT preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for fostering student growth and success
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a school environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students district-wide
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to create and implement effective intervention plans
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and monitor progress
- Document and report student outcomes and adjust strategies as needed
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive school community
