Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative and student-focused educational team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with diverse developmental and learning needs.

Caseload: Approximately 40 students
Start Date: Upcoming school year or as soon as available Location: Wayne County, MI
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional developmental needs
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support classroom integration and adaptive strategies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active state OT license (or eligibility)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, especially with ASD and early childhood populations
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
