Key Qualifications:
- Active CA Occupational Therapy license required
- Experience in school-based OT, home health OT, or healthcare OT settings
- Knowledge of best practices in school OT service delivery
- Ability to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with remote interview process
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students with a variety of needs
- Assess, plan, and implement interventions to support students’ learning and participation
- Collaborate with educators, parents/guardians, and support staff to ensure cohesive care
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Travel between assigned schools as needed and manage a dynamic caseload
