Travel Occupational Therapist School Setting - Oxnard, CA

Professionally, you’ll grow by collaborating across multiple school sites, working alongside another experienced SLP, and serving a diverse caseload of up to 50 preschool students, ages 3-5. Exposure to new leadership styles and innovative practices broadens your skill set and enhances your resume. This assignment lets you make a tangible impact on early learners, while also supporting the occupational therapy needs at the schools—an excellent chance to engage in multidisciplinary teamwork.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Valid California licensure or eligibility for both Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience with school-based or early childhood populations preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and organized
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services to preschool-aged students across multiple school sites
- Caseload management (up to 50 children ages 3–5)
- Collaborate with another on-site SLP
- Contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and team conferences
- Support the school’s OT service needs as well
- Participate in Google Meet interviews
