Key Qualifications:
- Valid California licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest in working with preschool and early childhood populations
- Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and IEP processes

- Ability to support students in a multi-site school environment
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver therapy interventions adapted to preschool students’ unique needs
- Manage a caseload of up to 50 children, addressing speech/language or occupational therapy goals
- Collaborate with an on-site SLP and classroom staff for optimal student support
- Communicate progress and recommendations to families and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
