Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- School-based OT experience strongly preferred; background in home health or general healthcare settings is a plus
- Understanding of IEP process and case management for a school caseload
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
- Comfortable managing various age groups in an educational context
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and virtual OT services to students as outlined in their educational plans
- Partner with educators and parents to promote student independence and success
- Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Attend team meetings and case consultations as required
- Participate in onboarding and relevant training initiatives
