Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state
- Previous experience in school-based settings or with low-incidence populations (life skills, autism) is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse abilities and contributing to each student’s progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students as outlined by their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions to support student success in academic and functional tasks
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with all school and state regulations
