Qualifications and Skills:
- Active Occupational Therapist license (OT) in California
- Previous experience in a school-based setting highly preferred
- Strong understanding of pediatric OT practices and individualized education plans (IEPs)

- Reliable, independent, and able to adapt to diverse educational environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy to one student in accordance with the student’s IEP
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy goals, and document progress
- Collaborate with school staff and stakeholders to optimize the student’s abilities and participation in school activities
- Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards
- Advocate for student needs and foster a supportive learning environment
