Occupational Therapist School Setting in Grenada, CA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with K-12 students
- Solid understanding of educationally relevant OT interventions and IEP processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other related service providers
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to determine needs and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in classroom and small-group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Provide training and resources to faculty and families to support student engagement in school activities
