Qualifications and Experience

- Adaptable and comfortable managing a varied caseload
- Ability to work the full 40 hours per week, with possible flexibility for three-day shifts if a full schedule is not feasible
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services for students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to integrate therapy into daily school routines
- Document progress, update records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Empower students to develop functional skills for classroom and daily living success
- Provide clear communication with parents and caregivers to ensure consistent support
- Manage time efficiently to best serve the caseload of 50 students
