- Ability to manage a caseload and work independently with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ therapy needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in line with IEP objectives
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to facilitate student progress
- Provide direct one-on-one and small group therapy services to students
- Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and compile progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input to support team planning
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student growth in the classroom and beyond
