Key Qualifications:

- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ motor skills and adaptive needs
- Develop and execute individualized occupational therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver services in classrooms, student homes, or through virtual platforms, depending on program requirements
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to maximize student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team decisions
