Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington State
- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is highly valued

- Adaptability to support a diverse caseload ranging in ages and needs
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver up to 950 direct service minutes of occupational therapy per week to students PreK-12
- Perform evaluations, write detailed reports, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Tailor interventions using evidence-based approaches for students with a variety of physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges
- Maintain thorough records and documentation for compliance with educational and state guidelines
- Communicate progress and strategies with families, teachers, and staff to enhance student outcomes
- Flexibly manage a weekly schedule typically consisting of 37.5 to 40 hours, with daily start time at 8:00 AM though actual start/end times may shift to accommodate school schedules, meetings, or caseload.
This contract runs from September 2, 2026, through June 17, 2027, providing a fulfilling school-year experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
