Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
- Experience in school-based, home health, or pediatric healthcare OT preferred
- Familiarity with delivering OT services in both individual and group settings
- Ability to adapt interventions for cross-categorical student populations, including those with varying degrees of ability
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfort with itinerant roles, traveling between multiple school sites as needed
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver OT services to students ages pre-K through high school with a wide range of needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and report progress in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Consult with educational teams to recommend modifications and accommodations that enhance student participation
- Travel between assigned school sites to meet the needs of a diverse caseload
This full-time position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (40 hours/week) for the duration of the school year, ending in 2027.
