Requirements & Skills:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure and certification (OT)
- Demonstrated experience working in school settings, preferably with middle and high school students
- Proficient in conducting assessments, delivering individualized and group therapy, and collaborating in multidisciplinary IEP meetings
- Strong understanding of supporting both general education and students with extensive needs
- Effective communication and organizational skills to interface with teachers, staff, and families
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive OT assessments and develop student-centered treatment plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to foster functional independence and participation in school activities
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student access and success across educational environments
- Attend and actively contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear documentation and professional recommendations
- Maintain compliance with all documentation, timelines, and regulatory requirements
