Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Washington State (or eligibility)
- Experience with school-based occupational therapy preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a part-time, independent caseload
- Adaptability to various learning and therapeutic environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Consult with teachers, parents, and special education teams
- Support students’ ability to participate fully in school routines and activities
- Maintain compliance with local and federal regulations
