School Occupational Therapist - Temecula, California

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in California
- Experience in school-based, home health, and/or teletherapy OT settings
- Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and education teams

- Proficiency in digital documentation and virtual therapy platforms is a plus
- Enthusiasm for creative, resourceful problem-solving in both onsite and remote contexts
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students using a variety of assessment tools and methods
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct OT services in school, home, and teletherapy settings as needed
- Educate families and staff on strategies to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, data collection, and progress reporting
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
