Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for California
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, including teletherapy and/or home health
- Expertise in assessing and developing individualized education and therapy plans
- Comfort with a variety of service delivery models (in-person, home-based, virtual)
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Positive, flexible attitude and a commitment to student success
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ therapy needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services across in-person, home, and telehealth settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate insurance and school records
- Assist with professional development needs for school staff related to OT
- Advocate for student access to occupational therapy supports
