Schedule Options:
- Sunday through Thursday or
- Tuesday through Saturday
Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Occupational Therapy license in California (or eligible under the 60-day rule)
- Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship is available
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues
- Openness to occasionally float to a nearby sister facility (within walking distance)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions that support rehabilitation and maximize patient independence
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in Net Health, adhering to all facility and regulatory standards
