Qualifications & Skills:
- Current California Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility under the 60-day rule)
- Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is preferred; open to new graduates with mentorship available
- Demonstrable strength in documentation and time management
- Flexible attitude and readiness to work collaboratively across teams
- Willingness to float to a sister facility within walking distance as needed
Schedule:
- Preference for Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients in a SNF setting
- Deliver effective occupational therapy interventions tailored to patient goals
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated, high-quality care
- Maintain timely documentation in Net Health, adhering to facility standards
