What We're Looking For:
- Active COTA licensure required
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ESPED (IEP System) is highly desirable
- Comfortable providing virtual services and utilizing digital tools for student engagement
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage itinerant responsibilities, collaborating with staff at four nearby campuses
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, under the supervision of an OT, adapting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing and updating student plans
- Accurately document daily progress and maintain timely, thorough records in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote student independence and progress
- Flexibly manage a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, supporting students ages K-12 across four closely located campuses
