Key Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with ESPED (IEP software system) preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently while traveling between sites
- Dedication to supporting student achievement and participation
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of up to 60 students
- Work in tandem with an Occupational Therapist to carry out individualized education plans
- Travel between four closely located schools to ensure all assigned students receive services
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately—preferably using ESPED
- Attend team meetings and contribute to student IEPs
- Adapt therapy activities to individual student needs, promoting independence and participation in the school environment
