Key Qualifications:
- Current COTA licensure required
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Familiarity with ESPED (IEP System) is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites (all within a few miles)
- Organizational skills to manage a flexible, itinerant schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as determined by their IEPs
- Collaborate with an on-site Occupational Therapist for service planning and implementation
- Assist with goal documentation and progress monitoring within the ESPED system
- Adapt activities to meet the diverse developmental needs of each student
- Communicate effectively with educators, parents, and other school team members
- Manage a caseload of up to 60 students across four schools, supporting their growth and progress
This full-time contract position runs from August 6th, 2026 to May 27th, 2027, with a manageable caseload and the rewarding nature of school-based practice.
