Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state licensure/certification as a COTA
- Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric environment preferred

- Ability to adapt interventions to meet a variety of student needs and learning styles
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Implement therapy plans and support individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to foster participation and performance in the classroom
- Track student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records
- Adapt techniques and interventions as needed to ensure the success of each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
