Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapy (OT) License, in good standing
- Previous experience working in K-12 schools or similar settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions in alignment with IEP goals
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, consult with teachers, and contribute expertise to student care teams
