Key Qualifications:
- Active California OT license (or eligible under the 60-Day Rule)
- Previous SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged—mentorship is available
- Strong aptitude for documentation and time management
- Flexible, open-minded approach and teamwork orientation
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and individualized therapy to SNF patients
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
- Adapt to occasional float assignments as needed
