This travel Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity places you in a dynamic skilled nursing environment, where you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and support patients’ rehabilitation journeys. Schedule Options:
- Sunday through Thursday
- Tuesday through Saturday
Qualifications:
- Active California OT license, or eligibility under the 60-day rule
- Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship is available)
- Strong documentation and time-management abilities
- Adaptable, collaborative approach with a willingness to float to a nearby sister facility as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Complete required documentation in Net Health system according to facility protocols
