Preferred Qualifications:
- Current California OT license (or actively applying under the 60-day rule)
- Previous skilled nursing facility experience is highly valued, though enthusiastic new grads are strongly encouraged to apply—with mentorship offered
- Strong documentation skills and efficient time management
- Adaptable, collaborative approach for team-oriented care
- Ability to float to a nearby sister facility when necessary
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and deliver evidence-based therapy for patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Net Health in accordance with facility standards
