Travel Occupational Therapist - Salinas, CA

Schedule Options:
- Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday (preference considered)
- Some float support to a neighboring facility (easily walkable)
Qualifications:
- Active California OT license, or eligible under the 60-Day Rule
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred (new graduates encouraged; mentorship available)
- Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
- Flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and carry out individualized treatment plans for SNF patients
- Collaborate closely with RNs, PTs, and other care professionals
- Document care and progress in Net Health per facility protocols
