Schedule:
- Preference for Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday schedules
Key Qualifications:
- Active CA Occupational Therapist license (or in process under the 60-Day Rule)
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged – mentorship available
- Strong documentation and time-management abilities
- Flexible, collaborative attitude
- Willingness to float to a sister facility within walking distance as needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide treatments for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Complete documentation in Net Health in accordance with facility standards
