Travel Occupational Therapist - Oakland, CA

Schedule/Hours:
- Options for guaranteed 36 hours/week or variable hours without guarantee
- Occasional weekend coverage may be required
- Flexibility to travel within assigned territories
Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapy License
- BLS certification
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and registration
- Updated immunizations (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap, Flu)
- Ability to provide a drug screen and physical
- Willingness to work with diverse patient groups, including Covid+ and PUI cases
- Home health experience preferred—but not required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home evaluations, recertifications, follow-ups, and discharges following established guidelines
- Manage caseload and scheduling efficiently within assigned territory
- Document patient progress and coordinate care with healthcare team
- Comply with all agency and regulatory standards
